Takuya Akihara recently failed his college entrance exam. One summer day, just as he overcomes his disappointment and starts studying to retake the exam, his parents leave for a honeymoon trip after 20 years of marriage. Apparently things were dire for them as newlyweds, so they hadn't been able to go at the time...

Before his parents depart, they tell him that the Kasugai sisters, distant relatives Takuya knew as a child, are coming back to stay for summer break and that they've asked the girls to take care of the house. Takuya is thrilled to meet the sisters again and to see how they've bloomed... but he's in for a rude awakening. The Kasugai sisters turn out to have zero life skills, and they're terrible at household chores. What's more, when Takuya tells them to treat his home as their own, they take it a little too literally and take to roaming the house in just towels post-bath. However, the Kasugai sisters also seem rather amused by his reaction, and after leaving Takuya no choice but to pick up after them while also studying for his exam, they offer to be his tutors.

Takuya accepts their offer, not least because both girls are students at his college of choice—Seito University—but when they quiz him on his ability, it becomes clear he still has a long way to go. With their encouragement Takuya starts hitting the books again, hard. On a whim, he even asks Urumi, the younger Kasugai sister, to go on a date with him if he scores well on his prep school exam, which is three days away. When she agrees on the spot, Takuya is inspired enough to nail a perfect score! His prep school classmates, Toru Furuta, Shoichi Iketani, and Yuma Nagasawa, are also surprised by Takuya's sudden motivation. Toru and Shoichi tease Yuma for being particularly affected by Takuya's newfound enthusiasm, which they suspect is actually due to Yuma's secret crush on Takuya.

Several days later, Takuya goes on his promised date with Urumi to the neighboring town, home to not only Seito University but the Kasugai sisters as well. The couple enjoy themselves and time flies by, but on their way home, a man named Hitoshi awaits them. Hitoshi also recently started dating Urumi and is upset that she is spending time with another guy. He soon leaves them be, but not before hurling some choice words at Urumi. Takuya blames his own impulsive behavior for the conflict between Urumi and Hitoshi. Urumi only says that she ""kinda saw it coming."" According to her, they met in college and she only started dating him after being thrown off by his aggressive advances. Since then, they have been having issues due to Hitoshi's possessive and controlling personality.

Seeing that Hitoshi has made the one-sided assumption that she and Takuya are in a physical relationship, Urumi decides to have sex with Takuya out of spite and as a way to say goodbye to Hitoshi once and for all. Feeling responsible for breaking Urumi and Hitoshi up, Takuya ends up going along with it. The next morning, the other Kasugai sister, Manami, reveals that she overheard Takuya's first night with Urumi, teasing her sister about how passionate it sounded and insisting how unfair it was that Urumi is the only one having ""fun."" It doesn't take long before Takuya is screwing Manami too… Which girl will he choose?

虽然久违的重逢与两姊妹成长后散发出的魅力令卓也心跳不已……但别说是要帮忙照顾生活起居了，两姊妹根本就连家事都不会做，生活能力趋近于零……


虽然卓也要她们不用拘谨，把这里当自己家，但面对两姊妹真的听话地在洗完澡后只围了一条浴巾就在家里四处走动的样子，卓也非常傻眼。不过两姊妹并不在意，反而还觉得那样的卓也非常有趣。


看着不得不一边照顾她们俩一边准备考试的卓也，两姊妹主动提出要当他的家庭教师。
其实两姊妹正是卓也的志愿校「西都大学」的在学生，因此卓也决定让她们帮他上课。
随后，两姊妹为了确认卓也的实力而出了一张试卷，结果成绩非常惨澹。

之后的卓也因为受到两人鼓励而再次开始苦读，并因一时兴起而对春日井姊妹的妹妹「丽美」提出「如果三天后的补习班考试能及格，就要跟我约会」的邀约。
丽美爽快地答应了。而燃起斗志的卓也也漂亮地在考试中取得及格分数。


补习班的同伴古田透、池谷翔一、长泽由真对卓也突然拿出干劲一事感到震惊。
特别是喜欢对被卓也的努力激发斗志的由真恶作剧的透和翔一。
（这两个人其实已经隐约察觉到由真喜欢卓也。）


之后，丽美按照约定，和卓也来到了隔壁镇──同时也是「西都大学」的所在地约会。
两人在春日井姊妹生活的城镇度过了快乐的约会时光。
时间过得很快，两人踏上了回家的路途，但却在半路上遇见了一个在等他们的人。

原来那是丽美最近才开始交往的男性「小野」。
小野因为丽美与自己以外的男性在一起而非常愤怒，并在一阵怒骂后转身离开了。
虽然卓也认为是自己的一时兴起害他们之间出现了裂痕，并对此事感到自责，但丽美却只告诉他「我早就觉得会这样了」。

原来丽美当初是受到在大学认识的小野猛烈追求才开始交往的，但因为小野的独占欲和控制欲很强，所以两人的恋情不怎么顺遂的样子。

根据小野的发言，他似乎独断地认为丽美与卓也已经连肉体上的关系都有了。为此，丽美决定干脆就让小野的臆测成为现实──干脆真的跟卓也做爱。这个举动也同时代表着丽美与小野分手的决心。
「就这样什么都不干也太无趣了，干脆就把误解变成真的吧！」

而卓也也觉得自己该对丽美和小野之间决裂的关系负起责任，所以就听从了丽美的想法。

到了隔天早上，姊姊爱美发现到昨晚妹妹与卓也做爱了。
「做得那么激烈，我怎么可能没听到呢丽美☆」
