某天早晨，主角‧御原凌介因为痛苦而清醒过来。
难耐的疼痛虽然随着时间逐渐缓解，但是一想到造成疼痛的原因，昨夜得知的某项冲击事实又盘据在脑海。
那就是自己的性命只剩下一年的事实。
凌介走出家门想改变一下心情。
结果，他立刻发现了周围的异状。
谨慎地测试过后，眼前的景象已经成为无法质疑的真实。

──时间，停止了。

凌介突然想到这样的话或许自己就可以继续活下去了，但是当时间停止解除的时候，走在前方的陌生少女突然转过身来甩了他一巴掌。

「……不要靠近我。」

冷淡的表情和语气，但凌介却不明所以，莫名其妙挨了打。
必须对她解释才行。
必须证明清白才行。
所以他在内心想着：

Ryousuke Ohara wakes up one morning with a splitting headache.
The pain is unbearable, but it eventually dies down on its own. He tries to think what could have caused it, when he suddenly remembers the shocking truth he discovered last night.
He only has one year left to live.
Ryousuke decides to go out in hopes of clearing his head.
But no sooner does he step outside than he feels that something is off.
He looks around and confirms that his senses do not betray him.

Time has stopped.

As long as time is frozen, Ryousuke might be able to live beyond the time he has left, he thinks to himself. But at that moment, time unfreezes itself, and suddenly, a girl walking in front of him turns around and slaps him in the face.

“...Don’t come near me.”

She gives him a cold look. Ryousuke has no recollection of this, and thinks her slap was completely uncalled for.
He has to know what happened.
He has to teach her a lesson.
And so he prays...

...for time to stop once more.
