Starry-eyed Ayako Kimura is a small-town college grad who dreams of life in the big city. When she manages to land a corporate job in Tokyo, she readily accepts despite the rumors online that the company is toxic...

Ayako moves away from home and into the company dorm in Tokyo, pumped for her first day of work. But when the day finally comes, her hopes are dashed the second she sets foot in the office. She witnesses grown men scared and threatened by their bosses, women having their shirts groped and skirts lifted instead of being greeted in the hallways, not to mention the crazy hours, working weekends, low salaries, and no overtime pay... It turns out that the rumors were true—her company was rotten to the core! Nevertheless, Ayako resolves to give it her best shot, if only to keep on living her big-city dreams.

Cut to one month later, and Ayako is now the subject of sexual harassment, bullying from her superiors, and severe fatigue from the constant long hours and lack of sleep. It isn't long before she commits a crucial blunder, after which she is forced to transfer to another department...

Ayako now belongs to the mysterious Sexual Relief Department, which specializes in "entertaining" company execs and clients. Her department head begins training her as a "full-time sexcretary" at once, ensuring that she is ravaged at work, and even made to have sex in public at a hot spring resort to learn about "hospitality." Will Ayako be able to escape her cruel fate in the hands of the company's Sexual Relief Department?

知道此事的绫子认为这只是网路上的谣言，所以并没有多加理会，仍决定到公司报到。

之后她来到东京的公司宿舍，开始了一个人的生活，并且迎来了第一个上班日。

终于因为注意力不集中而犯下了无法挽回的失误，自己也因此被调到其他部门。

那个部门正是在公司内的传闻中，专门以性方面的服务来接待公司高层与客户的性处理事业部。

以研修为名在公司内被侵犯、以接待客户的讲习为名在温泉旅馆公开作爱……
